We are working in conjunction with a number of auction houses, investors, property clubs and estate agents throughout the U.K. to offer property for auction on our internet site.

We work under the same terms and conditions as a ‘live’ auction and the successful bidder at the end of the auction is under obligation to proceed with the purchase. He/she must instruct their solicitor to contact the vendor’s solicitor on the next working day following the end of the auction before 1.00p.m. with a 10% deposit and £1,700 + v.a.t. administration costs.

In order to bid you must be invited by Acorn2Oak and have supplied all the necessary documentation to prevent money laundering and prove identity and residency.

When we have processed all your details you will be issued with a User Name and Password in order to enter the auction site itself. You will also receive a computer generated Bidding Number which is unique and known only to yourself.
